I ordered on February 2022, canceles my order after 3 months waiting for the scale, as of January 2023 I have not received a refund despite getting in touch with them literally a total of about 20 minutes throughout 2022 asking for the status of my refund.
Absolute scam

I ordered a scale from this company and got a scale shaped box with just 4 electronic pieces in it. Definitely not pieces of a scale - they looked like lights. I have tried contacting them in two different ways, and have gotten no response. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal, so hopefully I’ll at least get my money back.

absolutely the worst company to deal with. Customer service is 100% BOT and wont connect you to a real person for help with this diffective, terrible product.

Ordered a FitTrack October 2021, never received it. Numerous NUMEROUS emails requesting an answer. Same response each time “circumstances out of their control” and “no ETA”
To me requesting a refund in august 2022, still NOTHING.

Lied about shipping, once I mentioned my lawyer they sent me a used and broken scale, I submitted for a refund and was told via webpage that shipping is on me as well as not being refunded for the warranty that I purchased FOR the scale… this company is a scamm

Never received the product, no phone number to call email only and when they write back it to say they have so many orders they had to push back your delivery time and to this day it’s been two years. Still no resolution. No address so you can write to the BBB.

Same issue as all the other reviewers....ordered this in Nov 2021 for a Christmas gift. Told each time when I emailed to check on it, a new date or then went to 4-6 weeks. Haven't received the scale or a refund. Was getting the same replies as others, but now over last month, haven't been getting any reply. Guessing they did it long enough so that I couldn't do anything about it. TOTAL SCAM!

This company sucks! I ordered a scale in September 2021. I received nothing. April 2022 I asked for a refund. It is now November it’s been over a year since I ordered my scale over seven months since I requested a refund and I have gotten nothing they have my money and they have given me nothing

Ordered scale in Nov 2022, waited and waited, then requested a refund, still waiting and waiting. Told them if they would rather send the scale then do that. I have never been ripped off before but they are making a bad name for buying things from influencers and I will definitely be thinking twice before following celebrities who really have no idea what goes on after their endorsement I don't think.

After a year of asking and being told the product (smart scale) would ship, I've given up. Customer support reps are apologetic, however, after a year after placing the order you realize the support doesn't actually mean anything or do anything. Avoid this company.

Terrible company, do not do business with them, It's been 11 months since my order, I still do not have my scale and I they have not refunded me my money.
I ordered their scale in Nov 2021, I asked for a refund in June 2022. From Nov 2021 to June 2022, they kept saying there was a delay in the supply chain. From June 2022 to Oct 2022, they kept saying there is a delay in their refund process (via paypal). This company is not be trusted.

Terrible company! They should be shutdown and bigger companies advertising there products should be told to stop! Do not buy there products the company has no idea what they are doing! I have a set of there scales and there app has recently been blocked by Google so now the scale is useless! I would demand a refund but the company never replies to emails. Read other reviews on here and the app reviews and that should be enough to put you off this company.

SCAM ALERT! I am not sure how this company is still up and running online. same story as many others. Ordered Scale last December 2021. Scale never came, so by May 2022, I asked for a refund. Been getting the run around since...still no scale or refund, however if you go to their site you can still order a scale. These scammers are good!

The company is very responsive. I had a problem with hardware and it looked as if the return policy was difficult but in the end it was very straight forward and my replacement watch arrived with 10 days - not the 2- 3 weeks they advise it will take!

TOTAL SCAM!! Spend your money on a real company! Never received product after 3 months and requested refund that has not happened yet after 11 months! What's really peculiar about them is that they will answer your emails with excuse after excuse. If you're going to take my money, just take it and disappear! I think I would feel better about myself rather than keeping hope alive for this dead company!
